In August
2001, after a long experience of previous administrations,.appears
the Marta other than hotels.
This new structure is placed at 300 meters from
the railway station and from "le rive",
in the heart of the commercial centre of Trieste.
We are in Valdirivo street at no.11: the whole second
floor of the building (equipped with an elevator)
belongs to this comfortable peaceful place. The
rooms are all equipped with heating and television.
We created a family and cozy environment as all
our guests will certainly feel at their ease, as
in their home. Our goal aims at offering a very
good service at a reasonable price, thereby maintaining
the old rule of our management.
